Delivery and Shipping Terms Henrietta provides delivery services for all gift products, curated gift packages, and gift vouchers within our service areas. Delivery fees are calculated as follows: Base Delivery Fee: NGN 2000.00 Per Kilometer Rate: NGN 500.00 Minimum Delivery Fee: NGN 1000.00 Maximum Delivery Fee: NGN 6000.00 Orders with a total value of NGN 100,000.00 or more are eligible for free delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and additional delivery terms will be communicated during the order process. Order Cancellation and Refund Terms Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a partial refund of 20% of the total order value. Refunds will only be processed if the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and may take several business days to process, depending on your payment provider. Please note that refunds are not available for orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery. Damaged or Incorrect Item Claims If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Henrietta immediately with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. Henrietta reserves the right to request the return of any damaged or incorrect items before processing a replacement or refund. Gift Voucher Redemption Terms Gift vouchers purchased from Henrietta can be redeemed exclusively on our platform for any available products. To redeem a gift voucher, enter the voucher code at checkout. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used before their expiration date. If the total order value exceeds the voucher amount, customers will be required to pay the difference. If the order value is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will be retained for future use until the voucher expires.
